Dance Studio Goals and Policies
Dancing Techniques– We will do our best to organize our program so that the needs of each student are of the utmost importance. Our goal for your child is to obtain the highest level possible in technique. We will not push, but will provide each student every opportunity to achieve individual success.
Self Esteem– My staff and I will conduct studio time as to enhance self esteem and confidence. We want dance classes at SPA to be a very pleasant and rewarding experience for your child. Extra care will be taken to enhance those qualities, which make each child a unique individual.
Etiquette and Charm – A portion of each class period will be spent discussing and practicing “good manners”.
FUN! – We, at SPA, dedicate our program to fun! We believe it is easier to learn when you are having fun, so let’s have some.
Fees for Lebanon-
Fees are $45 per month with Auto withdrawal, or $50 with check or cash.
Collection is the first week of each month. If paying with a check, please write the student’s name on the memo line. If paying with cash, please put the cash in an envelope with the student’s name on it. A late fee of $10 will be added if the payment is recieved after the 10th of the month.
Fees for Fort Leonard Wood-
FORT WOOD – payment is made on post through the SKIES program.
Payment is not refunded for absenteeism. We feel attendance is very important. You can’t expect your child to get the most out of a lesson when she/he is not there. Perfect Attendance Awards will be presented at the end of the year.
Clothing for lessons-
We prefer students to wear leotards and tights of the student’s choice. Students may wear loosely fitted shorts until they get leotards. Socks may be worn until ballet slippers are purchased. Dress shoes may be used until tap shoes are purchased. Leg warmers are a must in cold weather. Please put the student’s name on each shoe, bags, and all articles brought to dance class. Pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes are needed for all students.
The parent waiting room may be used by family members during class. To enhance student attention, parents and siblings are not allowed in the studio at any time.
